Free - First Friday Meditation Club

Start Your Weekend with Intention and Connection

Meet virtually on the first Friday of every month for a 15-minute, free guided meditation designed to help you release the stress from your week and re-set for a wonderful weekend.

We’ll focus on gentle breathwork, intentional calming, and letting go of the week’s stress.

When: First Friday of every month

Time: 09:00am - 09:15am stick around after to connect with the community!

Where: Zoom (link provided at registration)

Singing bowl meditation and sound healing (in person)

Enjoy a sound healing experience for up to 25 participants.

During this hour long experience participants will be guided through a short meditation and then invited to fully relax as they enjoy the healing sounds of singing bowls.

Time: 1 hour
